Send us a project description, floor plans and elevations, landscape & interior layout if available, materials and finishes. Rendered or colored floor plans/elevations are a plus.
Specify how long in seconds you wish the video to be. We have a minimum order of 30 seconds. Quotation is priced based on video length in seconds at are fixed rate.

After quotation has been approved, send us your 3D model and CAD drawings. 3D files are preferred in dwg, Rhino or Sketchup. If you used Revit, please export it as dwg. Let us know if you used other software to coordinate what file extension works best.
Additionally, we would like to know what views of the project you wish to see in the video and the time of day for each scene your prefer (morning, day, sunset, evening, night) otherwise, we are happy to suggest lighting.

As we make progress, we will send you a low resolution draft of the video to get your input on materials, view angles and lighting, video pace, as well as any other adjustments.
Please review and approve! then, we will move onto the high quality rendering stage.
